Aveda Full Spectrum Hair Color uses organic babassu oil that helps to infuse the hair color with amazing shine. Babassu, is processed from nuts gathered by the women of Maranhao in Brazil which helps them to support their families strengthening local communities. It also helps protect the intricate ecosystems of the rainforest as part of the fight against climate change.

The product cartons are made from 100% recycled fiber, including 77% post-consumer recycled, Forest Stewardship Council certified fiber.

Hair color tube caps are made of 100% recycled material including plastic sourced through the national cap collection that Aveda founded. This program has kept over a half a million pounds of caps out of landfills so far and the amount continues to rise rapidly every day.

It is formulated without nitro dyes, parabens and animal-derived ingredients.

Just a really fun visual to growing your hair out :)

One of our most frequently asked questions is how often should you come back to maintain hair cuts. The answer will vary from client to client depending on the length of your hair, how quickly it grows and the style of cut you have. There is a very general guideline we follow that is every 4-8 weeks.

Shorter hairstyles will require more maintenance while longer cuts will require less. Usually short cuts every 4-5 weeks, medium lengths every 4-6 weeks, and long cuts every 6-8 weeks. Your stylist will know best so always ask what they recommend.
